Nicomatic offers a large range of CMM micro-connectors. The CMM 220 micro-connection system is a 2mm pitch connector with proven high reliability under the most extreme environmental conditions. Available in "board-to-board", "board to wire" and "wire to wire" configurations, the interconnection system also benefits from the system of a mixed layout, giving the designer a choice of high frequency, high power, fiber optic and low frequency configurations with no cost penalty for specific requirements.

Termination styles are available for though board solder, surface mount and press fit. An integral jacking mechanism offers security of interconnection, whilst a high temperature insulator allows infrared on vapor phase soldering. Along with a small, space saving 2mm footprint, the system also features a high reliability contact design, which performs well under conditions of extreme vibration.

Available in low configurations only, the CMM100/200 micro-connector system enjoys the same high reliability content as that of the CMM 220 series matching it equally reliable under condition of extreme vibration. Single row (2 to 25 way) or double row (4 to 50 way), with similar termination styles to that of the CMM220 series, allied with its 2mm footprint, enables up to 40% space saving over conventional 2.54mm systems (option: spring latch, high temperature insulator, ...).
The CMM 320/340 series integrates the mixed layout from a CMM220 in a 3 rows environment. Up to 120 signal contacts or 64 special contacts are possible in one connector!
